- Need second individual as a director for our Chief Agent (The Pirate Party of Canada Fund)

- Mikkel Paulson moved "that the Federal Council direct Mike Bleskie to open a dialogue with
Pirate Parties International regarding the costs and benefits of becoming an official member of the organization"

20:23 Staggered Federal Council by-elections
- GM on Dec 19 to have 3 motions:
- Adopt the report of the Constitutional Refinement Committee
- Designating the persons to stand at the by-election in 2012
- Call a by-election for the vacant directorship
- Mike Bleskie to call Jake re: position on shortened term to 2012 to facilitate staggered director elections
