The regular Executive Board meeting of the Pirate Party of Canada was called to order at 21:35 EST, January 23, 2012 at irc channel #exec, irc.pirateparty.ca. The president was in the chair and the secretary was present. In attendance were Sean Hunt (scshunt), Ric Lim (trailblazer), Shawn Vulliez (ayes), Jack Mcleod (JMcleod) and Stepahen Bakhos (Nuitari).

Meeting was adjourned at 23:38 EST.
