The first regular Executive Board meeting of the Pirate Party of Canada was called to order at 21:33 EST, January 9, 2012 at irc.pirateparty.ca/#exec. The president was in the chair and the secretary was present. In attendance were Sean Hunt, Shawn Vulliez, Ric Lim and Stephane Bakhos.

Sean Hunt moved "that the party pay $400 to Stephane Bakhos' wife to pay for her services in keeping records of the Funds for 2012". After discussion by the board, the motion was adopted without dissent - 3 aye, 0 nay.

Sean Hunt moved for adoption of the following resolution: "Resolved that the Party shall not offer any loans to candidates for their candidacy deposits". After discussion by the board, the motion was adopted without dissent - 3 aye 0 nay.

Meeting was adjourned at 23:03 EST
